DO YOUR PRINTS COME FRAMED?

All our prints come unframed. This is mainly due to pricing and charging on shipping.

Frames within the U.K. can be found in Tesco, ASDA, The Range, IKEA, Next and many more stores cheaply.

If you want help finding frames I'm more than happy to point you in the right direction.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

Yes all of our designs can be personalised, feel free to send me a message if you can't find what you are after and I'll do my best to fulfil your needs.

WILL I GET TO SEE A PROOF?

Yes, if you have a personalised or custom print. After you have purchased your print and sent through your personalisation details, we will then send you an online proof of your print. You can change it as many times as you like and customise it as much as you want until you are happy.

MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Due to the custom nature of our product, we begin work on each order promptly after they are placed. To cancel an order, you must email contact us or email at hello@paperjackillustrates.co.uk within 12 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 12 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PRINT?

CUSTOMS

Customers ordering from outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied after my package reaches your country.

As a buyer you are responsible for any customs fees/taxes. I am not responsible for items destroyed by customs officials, please be aware of your country’s import regulations.
